We think this is a world exclusive. It seems we may have stumbled across one of the most significant discovery of all time in the context of weather modification. We have been watching the coastal areas of the UK and noticed something extraordinary – the induced Cumulus clouds we proposed seem to form and disappear along coastlines, indicating that they are dependent on a land-based system to form.
